The plot of ARMA 3 unfolds in the 2030s, when Europe's economic challenges give rise to new military and political alliances. Gamers will participate in the confrontation between the USA, PRC, NATO, and the CSAT organization. The single-player campaign contains a set of operations with unique objectives, while additional content includes 18 expansions featuring new locations and missions.
The main events take place on the fictional island of Altis, covering an area of over 270 km². The territory is packed with infrastructure: settlements, checkpoints, and military facilities. Additional maps impress with photorealistic landscape detail.
