The first thing you'll notice in the app is how long each program, application, and piece of content was used over a given period. Everything is neatly connected, and even your history flows in sequence, giving you a clean, organized list with plenty of different views to explore.

If you want to know more about your total device time over a set period, you can break it down into different categories. The stats and overview will show you your everyday habits when using any application, updated to the latest moment.
TRACK YOUR LOCATION
The app's tracking features automatically list every location and app used on an accurate, detailed map. You can switch the view to see more information, which helps build reports on how your apps are used.
OVERUSE REMINDER
If you tend to spend long stretches in an app, you can set your own limits. Once an app goes over its allowed daily usage time, the system automatically blocks access to it, which makes this especially effective for parental controls.
CHECK INTERNET CONSUMPTION
The system automatically records and shows you accurate information about your internet data usage. Everyday activities such as watching videos, messaging, or scrolling through a news feed can use a lot of data, so you can adjust or limit mobile data consumption automatically.
BATTERY USAGE
The app also keeps a close eye on battery consumption and shows how much each app uses compared to the device's last full charge. You can disable the apps or services that drain the most power or run in the background, optimizing your device based on battery usage indicators.
App Usage can track and present device information, and it recommends additional tools for certain categories. You can also export all of your data to different formats and work with it in related documents.
How to install
- Download the APK file above to your phone.
