Samsung Pass is a service that handles sign-in authorization using biometric data, meaning information captured by scanning your iris, fingerprint, or facial features. Before you start using it, it helps to get familiar with a few of its key features:
- Saved passwords can only be accessed through Samsung Internet, the official web browser preinstalled on all Samsung phones.
- Samsung Pass may not be available on every phone. To check whether your device supports it, look it up in the store where you bought the phone or reach out to Samsung Technical Support.
- Your confidential data is protected by the Knox security platform, which also powers the operation of the biometric modules.
- Samsung Pass also lets you create electronic signatures. Thanks to the S Pen stylus, your signature can be captured with a high level of accuracy. Simply save it to the system once, and it can be inserted automatically afterward. All of this works with biometric authentication.
- If needed, you can turn the application off completely, although there is little reason to do so, since the service does not noticeably increase battery consumption.
How to install
- Download the APK file above to your phone.
