Rogue Legacy — a challenging action platformer with roguelike elements where every death creates a new beginning. Explore a constantly changing castle filled with deadly traps, strange creatures, and powerful bosses as you attempt to uncover its secrets and defeat the evil lurking within. What makes the game unique is its “genealogical” system: whenever your hero falls, their child continues the quest, inheriting traits, abilities, and sometimes unusual conditions that can drastically change the way you play. Some heirs might be colorblind, others might suffer from vertigo, while some could be incredibly strong or unusually small, making every run feel different. As you progress, the gold you collect can be used to expand your family manor, unlock upgrades, new classes, weapons, and abilities that make future generations stronger and more capable. With procedurally generated levels, a deep progression system, diverse character classes, and a blend of skill-based combat and exploration, Rogue Legacy delivers a highly addictive experience where each attempt brings you closer to conquering the ever-changing castle and building a legendary family legacy.
