Description
Once Human (Project: EOE) is an action survival simulator played from a third-person perspective, featuring impressive graphics and a richly developed sci-fi world. In a distant future, humanity has been nearly wiped out. It began when portals started opening across the planet, unleashing terrible creatures that may have come from another world. Only a handful of people survived the invasion, and they have adapted remarkably well to the harsh new reality. Players take on the role of a seasoned survivor tasked with driving the next stage in humanity's recovery.
Chinese developers are testing cloud-based solutions, which means Android gamers can now download a 25 MB APK file and try Once Human via the cloud. The graphics match the PC version, but you'll need a booster app that optimizes your internet connection and cuts down latency.
Unfortunately, the cloud version of Once Human won't run well on a weak connection. Insiders report that with high ping, you can't even rotate the camera, let alone take on zombies or other real players. The cloud version for Android became available on August 3. There is no word yet on when a full regional release for smartphones and PCs will arrive.
