Players have clearly embraced the title, even though basketball trails football in popularity in places such as China, Korea, the Philippines, and especially the United States.
The core idea of basketball is easy to explain. Your team tries to score baskets while stopping the other side from doing the same. Although it is a team game, it also features intense one-on-one moments between individual players. This authentic sports simulation drops you right into the action of real basketball matches. You control the characters on your team as you fight for possession, move across the court, and look for chances to score.
New players start by getting comfortable with the basics, such as moving around the court and shooting from different distances. Once you feel ready, you can test your abilities against the computer, which offers a real challenge. Each match rewards you with coins that you can spend on stronger squad members. Players can be bought with either cash or gold. Gold is harder to earn but unlocks access to the very best players in the world. Every character has core attributes including Health, Speed, Finishing, Controversy, and Defense. As in FIFA or PES, the stars beside a player's name show their skill level.
