It works on the principle of a classic blacklist. At the same time, the database is constantly updated, including by users themselves who have encountered another collection agency.Notably, in the future, developers plan to add a call forwarding function to the app. If the idea is implemented, annoying collectors will communicate with their colleagues, as calls will be forwarded to another agency.
